We offer for one time cleanups if your moving in/out, just need to get caught up, or for a special event.
One time cleanup is based on accumulation and time.
No one is required to be present during service as long as the technician has safe and easy access to the yard. If an unsafe dog is present or the gate is locked, the yard may be skipped until the next service date. Gates will always be secured upon entry and exit. You can elect to receive an “on the way” and “completed” message.
Yes, our service operates throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions. We are committed to keeping your outdoor space clean and enjoyable every season. Extreme PNW weather (snow, torrential rain) can sometimes make it a challenge to service your yard safely. Should that happen, we will scoop “double doody” on the next service date or make alternate arrangements with you as needed.
We offer flexible scheduling based on your needs. Typically, we visit weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, but we can adjust based on the number of dogs you have and the size of your yard. Most yards are serviced weekly. You can change as needed or by season.
That depends. If there’s “accumulation” we charge an initial cleanup fee. This is for the time and labor of the technician.
This may not be applicable, if you’ve thoroughly maintained the area.
We love when friendly, non-protective dogs are out with us. If your dog is protective of the yard, or stranger reactive, please keep them indoors during service. We offer freeze dried beef liver to approved Scoopervisors, or salmon if allergic.
